Three queens, one full, and one twin, plus a futon couch in living room. A large living room, dining area, and open kitchen make up the rest of the house.There are four kayaks, canoe, and bike for the tenant's pleasure. A permanent and temporary dock sit on the lake. Great views. This house is owned by Ronna Gray and Lester Pearlstein, who reside in Free Union, VA.

Summary: This camp was much cleaner than any of the other Caspian camps we have stayed at over 31 years. The views were amazing. My sisters-in-law, 69 and 71, had a tough time getting out of the futon and chairs as they were quite low. My only recommendation would be to update the comfy seating. Tell the neighbors to be happier, less invasive, people. Another renter let me park my vehicle at her place. Overall, relaxing and lovely holiday.

Summary: I had the privilege of renting this house from Fall 2014 to Spring 2015 while on a teaching position nearby. Previously noted cigarette smoke smells were not apparent at all (and I am very sensitive to smells, dander, pollen, mold etc). Charming with lots of room for family and friends over the year and an incredible position on the lake with boats to paddle. Ronna and Lester were wonderful and welcoming. I only wished I lived closer to Greenbsoro so I could rent it again!

Summary: We are renting this home from Aug 2015 - June 2016. When we arrived everything was neat, organized and clean. No smell of cigarettes or pets of any kind. The house is really big with plenty of room. The views and access to the lake are amazing. We even made a trip up here to meet the owners and see the house in person before we rented. The owners were very accommodating and gave us a thorough tour of the home and answered all the questions we had. We communicate often through email and the response rate is wonderful. I always get a response to an email within 24 hours or before. We love this home and the location and would definitely recommend to a friend.
